I am a Marriage Family Therapist Intern in San Francisco providing individual therapy and couples counseling.
I work with individuals and couples who want to understand their lives and change what does not work. I believe that one way to begin making these changes is to connect to our entire human experience - through our heart, mind, body and spirit. Each of these unique parts makes a contribution to the health of our psyche and body.
In therapy, I work with each client to increase their capacity to pause, listen, receive and connect to their entire experience. I honor and support the choices and unique process that unfolds for each client.
